The sauna hat is the traditional way of cooling the head and the hair during sauna bathing. The hat is first soaked in water and then worn during the sauna. The water then evaporates cooling your head and allowing cool water to refresh you whilst you sauna. This take on the classic sauna hat uses cotton instead of the more traditional felt, the use of a more absorbent material allows for greater water retention, keeping the users head cooler for slightly longer than its counterpart.
