Rubber Flashing
Ideal for flashing pipes on metal roofs, this piece is a multi-application flashing which consists of EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer), a highly durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane, edged with a flexible aluminium band. It has a convenient square base that will fit any hole you've prepared on most roof profiles.
Suitable for a roof pitch between 0° and 45°, this robust EPDM flashing, can be used with standard pipes where heat is not an issue, with constant temperatures of up to 115°C and intermittent temperatures up to 150°C. Additionally, it isn't corrugated, so you can easily mould the base into the required profile.
