Refine every detail of your sauna interior - Complete your build with premium-quality corner mouldings and edge trims designed to seamlessly finish off wall and ceiling junctions between the sauna cladding. Our trims enhance the visual appeal and structural integrity of your sauna interior.
Our comprehensive range includes multiple profile types to suit every installation requirement. Choose from internal corner mouldings (SI profile in 14×30mm, 25×25mm, and 27×27mm dimensions) for neat interior corners where cladding panels meet, external corner mouldings (24×42mm) for window and door reveals, VÄ mouldings (28×28mm and 28×42mm) for covering wall-to-ceiling junctions, UK flat cover mouldings (12×42mm) for finishing untidy joints between cladding panels, and T-mouldings for covering joins in sauna wood timber cladding.
These trims are also perfect for boxed-out areas around service risers, providing a seamless integration of all structural elements.
Looking to learn more about sauna wood? We've created a dedicated guide titled 'Best Wood for Saunas (& Why)'
When building your sauna it can be useful to cover the joins between wall panels and the ceiling, as well as in the corners of saunas. This is because they offer a neat clean finish line that remains consistent even if the cladding moves or cups over time.
Sauna cladding is prone to cupping and shrinking over time which can lead to gaps opening in the corners between the sauna walls and between the ceiling of the sauna and the sauna walls. Similarly, less careful carpenters or would-be DIY sauna installers might not get a clean cut on each board and a bead discreetly conceals this cut. A corner bead will help hold the cladding in place and give you a clean corner detail every time.
Edge trims are an excellent way to cover external corners and joins between two lengths of sauna timber. These are usually found around window and door reveals but can also be on boxed-out areas around service risers. These sauna trims and mouldings are usually either L-shaped timber mouldings or flat cover mouldings. T mouldings are also used for covering joins in sauna wood timber cladding.
Our range includes edge trims, internal corner mouldings, flat cover mouldings, L-shaped mouldings and T-mouldings that seamlessly cover corners and joins in your sauna wood cladding. Perfect for window and door reveals, these trims ensure a neat corner detail.
Not all sauna trims are available in all sauna wood types but most designs can use a similar coloured wood type to supplement the installation as the visible portion of the mouldings is small. Browse our wide array of sauna wood corner beads, mouldings and trims above.
