Delivery Acceptance

As part of our customer care process we want to ensure that delivery acceptance is as smooth and easy as possible.


Courier Delivery

Once your order leaves our warehouse you will be sent a tracking code for either DPD or Pallex and when it leaves our premises it is the couriers responsibility to deliver at the designated date/time.

Note:
To prevent upset and frustration on the off-chance that there are courier delays, we advise that you
do not book contractors the same day as delivery of materials.


Accepting your large delivery

Bulk or pallet orders are curbside delivery and would require personal arrangements to the area of installation as well as assisting in the unloading of long form materials.
