Commercial sauna installation: NETIL 360, Hackney, East London

The NETIL360 business sits elevated high above the street on the edge of a rooftop in East London. The panoramic bar, sauna, garden, café and workspace currently has two hand-crafted, traditionally designed private Finnish saunas. Each has its own hot rainfall shower, cold waterfall and fire pit seating area. Initially, they approached us just to source heaters for the business project and we advised that the Narvi ultra-small 9kw stainless steel Electric sauna heater would be the best fit. The ultra is a perfect choice for demanding commercial usage requirements where it will experience generous amounts of water poured over the sauna stones on a daily basis.

The addition of dedicated controllers with 24-hour timers makes them ideal for a commercial sauna setting. Although the team at NETIL worked closely with their own architect, builders and also sourced their own timber, they also ordered insulation from us and we provided expert advice and guidance in relation to the layout of their saunas, ventilation and computational volume limitations.
