King’s Cross are bringing you a complete sauna experience in the heart of London
King’s Cross has launched a three-month campaign “Mind Your Brain” to inspire individuals to prioritise the wellbeing of their brain and reduce the likelihood of potential future health conditions. Slow Motion Sauna is a part of the campaign and runs from 18th January until 11th February 2024.
Slow Motion Sauna
The Slow Motion Sauna is a Scandinavian-inspired spa experience, created in collaboration with DJ and wellness guru, Rob da Bank and his wife, Josie da Bank. Slow Motion Sauna brings a wood burning Lithuanian sauna, an electrically heated sauna donated by the Finnish Institute, and three cold plunge pools for an all-round relaxing wellbeing experience in the heart of London, King’s Cross.

The Slow Motion Sauna will be in Lewis Cubitt Square for anyone to enjoy starting today, 18th January, running until 11th February. You can book a session Tuesday to Friday from 11am-7pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9am-5pm.
