Using the bundle
Lay the bench cover along the bench before your session, then use the ladle to pour water from the bucket over the hot stones. Mount the thermometer where it can be read from the bench, and set the sand timer lower on the wall opposite the heater, turning its support onto its back to reset it. If the sand pauses, a gentle tap restores the flow. Sauna thermometers are indicative rather than scientific instruments, as the heat in any sauna varies from spot to spot. Step into the robe as you cool down. Empty the bucket and ladle after use and keep them out of the hot sauna between sessions, cleaning with mild, soapy water when needed.
