Using the bundle
Soak the hat in cool water before you settle onto the bench and re-soak it between rounds; as the water evaporates it keeps your head noticeably cooler. Soak the whisk, netting on, in lukewarm water for 20 to 25 minutes, loosen the netting and let it sit in warm water for a further five to ten. Once your skin has warmed through, whisk gently, dipping the whisk into cold water for cool, refreshing relief, and ladle the infused soaking water over the stones for a pleasantly scented steam. Rinse the whisk and hang it to dry afterwards.
