For more than a decade, we’ve designed and built bespoke commercial saunas for hotels, spas, wellness spaces, and private members’ clubs across the UK. Every project begins with a conversation. We don’t work from a catalogue, and there is very little we cannot create. As the UK’s largest specialist in bespoke sauna design, everything is developed in-house, giving us complete control over form, finish, and detail. This allows us to create saunas that go beyond standard design constraints. Our stunning commercial bespoke sauna installation Tottenham Hotspur Training Ground features warm golden brown coloured thermo alder interior and the noble soapstone cladded electric heater from Finnish manufacturer Tulikivi.
Art'otel, Battersea Power Station
This project showcases how we frequently collaborate with contractors, designers, and architects to foster strong client relationships and deliver the best possible result. As the authentic sauna specialists on this particular bespoke installation, which included a sauna and steam room, we played a central and educational role.
The Swan Hotel, Newby Bridge, Cumbria
Following a multi-million-pound investment, The Swan Hotel and Spa in the picturesque Lake District has just produced an 8,000sq ft destination spa with six treatment rooms, as well as 30 new spa bedrooms.

The Arc - Canary Wharf

This meticulously crafted, 65-person bespoke commercial sauna is at the core of an innovative communal wellness club, designed to bring people together through the principles of contrast bathing, relaxation, and social connection. The Arc’s bespoke sauna combines contemporary design with traditional sauna heritage. Every element has been carefully chosen to ensure durability, elegance, and optimal heat distribution, creating an unparalleled wellness environment for its guests. At the heart of Arc’s sauna are three Helo Magma 26kW commercial electric sauna heaters, positioned centrally at the front of the room for even and effective heat distribution. These high-performance heaters are encased in tiling that matches the floor, ensuring a clean, cohesive aesthetic. The design of the Magma heaters, with their 80 kg stone capacity and efficient energy use, creates a soft steam for the large area of this sauna.
