Vapour Barrier and Insulation in One 

No need for multiple layers - Finnfoam's FF-PIR panels combine a vapour barrier and thermal insulation in a single product. Each panel is coated with a diffusion-proof aluminium laminate on both sides, providing robust resistance against moisture and ensuring long-term durability in hot, humid conditions. Simply seal all seams with polyurethane foam and heat resistant aluminium tape to create a fully vapour-tight envelope.

Safe and Easy to Work With

FF-PIR Sauna Insulation Panels are lightweight and easy to handle, ideal for both professionals and self-build enthusiasts. Shaped easily with common woodworking tools or simply scored and snapped with a utility knife, they make installation effortless even in tight or complex spaces. 

With tongue-and-groove edges on all sides, each board fits snugly and securely, minimising thermal bridging and ensuring a continuous insulation layer.

Engineered for the unique demands of sauna environments, the panels offer a premium, space-saving solution for heat retention and moisture control. The mould-proof, vapour-proof and aluminium foil laminated surfaced panels can withstand temperatures of up to +200 °C meaning that they are ideal for use in saunas. Their 600 x 1200 mm size also makes them easy to install in small spaces and the board is suitable for use as additional heat insulation inside dry rooms.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery of your Sauna Insulation Boards

We would like to advise our customers that our insulation boards are often shipped with couriers through their freight network. We always aim to sufficiently package the boards and label them up in fragile packaging, though we are aware that some damage (nicks and dents) might occur to the corners and sides of the boards within transit. This will not impede the usability or purpose of the boards and can be used as usual with tape and insulation foam (such as SoudaFoam or Pinkgrip) and we therefore do not accept any claims for such scenarios. Only in the event of catastrophic damages (i.e. large chunks and large parts of the foam missing), will we consider a reclaim case. Minor chips, nicks, dents and edge damage will not affect the boards' integrity once installed properly.
