Using the bundle
Stir two to four capfuls of the Forest scent into a full bucket of water, then use the ladle to pour it gently over the hot stones. Mount the thermometer and hygrometer where they can be read from the bench. Sauna thermometers are indicative rather than scientific instruments, as the heat in any sauna varies from spot to spot. Empty the bucket after use and keep the timber pieces out of the hot sauna between sessions.
