Thermory's alder bench skirt is a ready-made module that faces the framing timber beneath your sauna benches, giving the seating a neat, built-in finish. It is simple to install and pairs naturally with our ready-made bench elements in DIY projects. The skirt is 350 mm high and 16 mm thick, and comes in two lengths: 2100 mm and 2400 mm. Alder is a traditional sauna timber with a light brown colour and warm pink undertones; it resists twisting and warping, repels water and does not overheat. Sauna timber ships on a palletised service because of its size, so delivery may be a kerbside drop or require handballing off the vehicle. Costs vary with order size and quantity and differ between UK Mainland, Highland and Island postcodes; they are calculated at checkout. We usually ship lengths of up to 2400 mm; beyond that, shipping costs rise significantly. If we do not stock your required length but have a longer one, our cutting service can cut it down for a small fee to reduce shipping costs: you purchase the full length and the off-cut travels on the pallet.
