Thermory's ready-made aspen backrest brings a comfortable, considered finishing touch to sauna benching, and the module is easy to install to complement your benches. Aspen is the lightest of our sauna woods, with a uniform, straight grain and few to no knots, ranging in colour from light brown to nearly white; it does not weep resin, one of the reasons for its popularity in home saunas, and it pairs handsomely with darker timbers for a bolder design. The backrest measures 310 mm wide and 28 mm thick and is available in two lengths, 2050 mm and 2350 mm. We usually ship lengths up to 2400 mm; where you need a shorter length than we stock, our cutting service can cut a longer piece down for a small fee, with the off-cut added to the pallet.
