About this Sauna Heater

Helo's Himalaya electric sauna heater is equipped with an elegant mesh frame, which can hold up to 100kg of stones for a soft steam. The contemporary design of Himalaya makes it the centre piece of a home sauna. The heater can be installed on the floor or integrated into the sauna benching with the help of a steel or glass collar. The Himalaya electric sauna heater comes in a stylish black finish.  

SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF STONES TO BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.

This heater requires up to 100kg of sauna stones. We recommend using large (>10cm) Olivine Diabase or Vulcanite Sauna Stones for optimal performance.

Himalaya Electric Sauna Heater- Model Options

The Himalaya electric heater can be purchased in the following models: 

Himalaya Pure: Himalaya Pure comes with the Pure control unit and a water tank in the middle of the heating elements.  

Himalaya Elite: Himalaya Elite with the Elite control unit and a water tank in the middle of the heating elements. 

The Himalaya Pure and Elite models have an external control unit for heating and timing adjustments. In addition, they are Helo WT-equipped. WT means that there is a water tank in the middle of the heater’s elements. The water tank holds water and works as a passive evaporator that creates even more humid air into the sauna area. Helo WT enables the possibility to hop in and enjoy in a gentle 55-60°C sauna temperature that feels gentle on the skin. 

*Please note that Helo DOES NOT give warranty for Himalaya D-model heaters purchased without the manufacturer’s own contactor box and control panels.

Helo-WT- Water Technology

The Helo-WT Water Technology is a revolutionary solution to suit different sauna tastes and preferences, as it allows the adjustment of heat and humidity levels. 

The Helo-WT enables you to experience your sauna in 3 different ways:

 1. Gentle Sauna at +50-60°C

• Enveloping steam
• Longer sessions
• Can be used as bio-aroma or salt sauna

2. Flexi-Sauna at +60-80°C

• More humidity
• Lower temperature
• Can be used as bio-aroma or salt sauna 

3. Hot Sauna at +80-100°C

• Use the Helo-WT without water
• Lower humidity
• More intense sauna sensation

This heater must be installed by a qualified electrician. The 7kW model can be installed on both single phase 240V and three phase 400V power supplies. The 10.5kW model must be installed on a three phase 400V power supply.

Christmas and New Year's Delivery Notice

Please note the following changes to our pallet shipping and DPD delivery service on parcel orders over the Christmas period.

Our warehouse is fully closed for operation over the following days: Wednesday 24 December, Thursday 25 December, Friday 26 December, Wednesday 31 December and Thursday 1 January.

Orders requiring a pallet

The last dispatch date for orders requiring a pallet is Friday 19th December 2025. Pallet orders dispatched on this day must be booked and signed for with one of our sales team representatives latest by close of business on Friday 19th December 2025.

Please note:

• Pallets dispatched on 19th December will be delivered on either 22nd or 23rd December, depending on your postcode
• We strongly advise against booking deliveries to the Highlands or Channel Islands close to the 19th December, as these may be held at the hub over the festive period
• There may be limited availability for pallet shipping on this day and we cannot guarantee that available slots remain

We will commence our regular pallet shipping service on Monday 5th January 2026.

Small Parcel Orders

DPD will deliver as normal up to and including Tuesday 23rd December 2025. Orders for next day delivery must be placed latest by 3pm.

Limited dispatch service: We will dispatch DPD orders on Monday 29th December and Tuesday 30th December only during the festive closure period.

We will commence our regular delivery service on Monday 5th January 2026.

*Estimated delivery times are applicable to the UK mainland only (excludes Highlands and Islands). Additional delays and charges will be required for Non-UK Mainland and Highlands and Islands deliveries.
