The HUUM STEEL is a slim electric sauna heater with remarkably small safety distances. It is a perfect heater choice for home saunas that have limited space. The well-optimized structure of STEEL enables a 5-10 cm safety distance to combustible materials.

STEEL is also available in a wall-mountable model, which is suitable for even smaller saunas. 

Controller: Depending on the controlling system you will opt for, the heater can be purchased either with the UKU Local (an easy-to use controller without Wi-Fi or mobile functionality), the UKU 4G/GSM (which connects to the HUUM mobile app through mobile data, so no Wi-Fi is needed) or the UKU Wi-Fi Controller (a remote-control option with Wi-Fi capabilities).

This heater must be installed by a qualified electrician. The 6kW and 9kW models can be installed on both single phase 240v and three phase 400v power supplies. The 10.5kW model requires a three phase supply. 

Please ask your electrician to take photos when installing the heater for the first time in the unlikely case there are any issues with the heater further down the line. We will ask for these to diagnose the issue as best as possible.
