The timeless design of the Narvi NC wood burning sauna heater range means they are an excellent choice for both traditional and modern saunas. Like all Narvi products, their durability and resilience sets them apart from any other Sauna heater on the market. The Narvi NC has a large stone capacity that ensure a perfect löyly and an even steam distribution. The NC 20 has the largest stone capacity in its class!

The outer casing of the Narvi range is finely crafted from aluminium galvanised steel and stylishly finished with a graphite-grey paint. For a more distinguished, elegant aesthetic, as well as a greater longevity, the NC 16 and NC 20 heaters are available in brushed stainless steel. The attractive casing can be further accentuated with the addition of sleek white cover stones that will really set your sauna apart from the rest. For saunas in an idyllic, remote location, the NC 20 is also available with a 23 litre water tank, ensuring ample warm water for washing after your refined sauna experience.

• The glazed door is an excellent choice for ensuring an even flame distribution within the heater whilst also creating a pleasing cosy atmosphere. The wooden handles and cast iron latch twin perfectly, both comfort and durability, and are vital for ensuring personal safety and pleasantly cool handling during use.
• Narvi heaters are market leaders in emissions and health & safety standards. A point of paramount importance when it comes to the ideal relaxation experience.
• As with all Narvi, Aito and Kota heaters, 10mm thick steel is used for the firebox, extending time between servicing, a choice that that is borne out of their 'quality-first' ethos. This choice to use thicker, better quality steel than their competitors is one of Narvi's key distinguishing features.

This heater requires 50-80kg of sauna stones, depending on the power. We recommend using 10-15cm Olivine Diabase or Vulcanite Sauna Stones for optimal performance.

Christmas and New Year's Delivery Notice

Please note the following changes to our pallet shipping and DPD delivery service on parcel orders over the Christmas period.

Our warehouse is fully closed for operation over the following days: Wednesday 24 December, Thursday 25 December, Friday 26 December, Wednesday 31 December and Thursday 1 January.

Orders requiring a pallet

The last dispatch date for orders requiring a pallet is Friday 19th December 2025. Pallet orders dispatched on this day must be booked and signed for with one of our sales team representatives latest by close of business on Friday 19th December 2025.

Please note:

• Pallets dispatched on 19th December will be delivered on either 22nd or 23rd December, depending on your postcode
• We strongly advise against booking deliveries to the Highlands or Channel Islands close to the 19th December, as these may be held at the hub over the festive period
• There may be limited availability for pallet shipping on this day and we cannot guarantee that available slots remain

We will commence our regular pallet shipping service on Monday 5th January 2026.

Small Parcel Orders

DPD will deliver as normal up to and including Tuesday 23rd December 2025. Orders for next day delivery must be placed latest by 3pm.

Limited dispatch service: We will dispatch DPD orders on Monday 29th December and Tuesday 30th December only during the festive closure period.

We will commence our regular delivery service on Monday 5th January 2026.
