How to use forest bath?

Place the bag in a cup filled with hot water, and let it infuse for 15 minutes. The etheric oils and minerals will dissolve in the water and get ready to pamper your skin. Pour the content of cup into a bath bowl and add water as much as you like. The water can either be warm or lukewarm, depending on the bathing experience you wish to have. You may also infuse the bag directly in the bath bowl.

To freshen up your face:

Squeeze the excess water from the bag and use it to gently pet the skin of your face. Avoid salty water from getting in contact with your eyes. Dip the bag into to the water at intervals, and repeat as many times as you wish. For a luxurious finish, use  the water with our product in it for a hand or foot bath.

A bath for your hands and feet:

Prepare the bath as instructed above. Please note that the amount of water should be enough to cover your wrist or your ankles. Enjoy your bath at least 20 minutes or longer if you like. Also we recommend that you use our forest bath when you are having a sauna: it will enhance the wellbeing effects. You can choose to prepare a colder or cooler bath for the sauna, as a nice relief from the heat. Our forest bath will boost your metabolism and invigorate your body and mind.

The product is biodegradable and package can be recycled with paper and cardboard. Forest bath is 100 % natural, clean and easy to use. If you like, you can also open the bag and pour the ground leaves and salt directly into the bathwater. You can also enrich your bath by adding fresh herbs and flowers, and a few drops of your favourite essential oil. Customize the bath exactly as you like and have a delight in your nourished skin!

Birch leaves have a diuretic effect. Please make sure the product is safe for your use by consulting your doctor in case you have diabetes, allergies or other health issues. Since this is a 100 % natural product, please note that it may tint light and delicate surfaces. Rinse the bath bowl/tub and other surfaces well after use.
