Description

The Ralva Large is the largest cabin in the range at 2660mm wide, and the width goes into a bench that runs the full length of the back wall with an L-shaped return down the side. Two to six people fit, which makes it the one to choose if the sauna is going to be a shared thing rather than a solitary one. The rounded form is what you notice first. There are no square corners anywhere on the building, and the curve carries from the roof down through the sides to the base, framed in black painted spruce against thermally modified pine. A full glass front in bronze tinted tempered glass opens the room onto the garden, and inside the ceiling rises to 2280mm with a two-tier bench beneath it, the upper tier at 885mm and a step below at 452mm.

The Widest in the Range

Most garden saunas seat a group by asking half of them to sit sideways. At 2660mm wide, the Ralva Large runs a full bench along the back wall with an L-shaped return down the side, so two to six people sit properly and nobody negotiates for space. Above them the ceiling reaches 2280mm, which is what stops a room this size feeling low. The rounded form keeps the outside looking considered rather than like a large shed at the end of the garden.
