Rento's brown/black anodised aluminium sauna set gathers the essentials in one box: a 5 l sauna pail, a matching ladle of around 43 cm and a traditional birch vihta. The pail and ladle are made from colour-anodised aluminium with heat-treated bamboo, and are designed for ladling water onto the hot stones; the ladle also works well for adding sauna scents to the löyly. The vihta is made from freeze-dried birch branches and needs only 15 minutes in warm water before use. A natural choice as a gift, or as a starter kit for a new sauna.

Using the vihta
Rehydrate the vihta in warm water for 15 minutes, keeping it within its green netting. Once rehydrated, remove the netting and gently whip the skin, dipping the vihta regularly in cool water for the best effect.
Care
Well looked after, Rento's aluminium pails and ladles keep in excellent condition for a long time. Empty them after use and do not leave them in a hot, humid sauna. Clean the surfaces when necessary with mild soapy water, using a soft sponge or brush.
