Using the scent
Add three to six drops of the concentrate to a sauna ladle of water and pour slowly over the hot stones. The concentrate can also be diluted in a bucket of water for use through the session. Each ladle of water added to the stones creates a steam that diffuses the scent throughout the sauna. Shake before use.
Care
