Product Description

Felt sauna hat is a traditional way of cooling the head and hair during sauna bathing. The hat is first soaked in water and then worn in the sauna. The water evaporates, cooling your head in the sauna.

The benefits of a sauna hat are allowing to keep cooler and enjoy the greater health benefits of a longer sauna session. Keeping your head cool has also been suggested to reduce hair loss, particularly for very regular sauna goers.

Washing Instructions

The natural felt sauna hats are not suitable for machine washing/tumble drying. They should only ever be gently hand washed with warm water, without detergents, and then air dried.
