This one is shaped from thermo aspen, a timber heat-treated until it stays cool to the touch and resists the moisture of the hot room. The curve supports the neck without forcing the head forward, and the smooth, splinter-free finish sits comfortably against bare skin. It lifts off easily for cleaning and works equally well as a footrest.
