Description
The York radius corner is a tileable steam room bench section from PCS, shaped to carry the York seating profile around a corner. The York range is a simple, popular profile with a 76 mm radius along the back edge, which lets the tiling flow smoothly into the wall behind, and a central void to accommodate services and pipework. Each section is cut from high-density EPS foam and sealed with a factory-applied, glass-fibre-reinforced cementitious coating, so it arrives rigid, waterproof and ready to tile. The corner measures 750 × 750 × 546 mm. Seats in the York range can be supplied heated, either electrically or water-based, or left unheated.

Construction
Each section is cut, trimmed and moulded using CNC and hotwire technology. The high-density EPS rigid foam core carries a factory-applied coating, a high polymer modified cementitious screed encapsulating a glass fibre reinforcement mesh, which produces an extremely hard, durable surface ready for tiling.
