Our transportable and road safe mobile sauna trailer Ilves offers a great alternative for sauna enthusiasts who don't have space in their home, but want to take full advantage of sauna bathing in the most beautiful and scenic places. Plus, the Ilves can also be seamlessly incorporated into your garden as a cosy, stationary outdoor sauna, while still offering the flexibility to move it whenever you wish.

Exteriors of the Ilves Sauna Trailer

• Crafted from sustainably sourced, 42 mm thick, sanded CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber), the Ilves boasts superior insulation, strength, and a natural aesthetic that blends seamlessly with any environment.
• The gabled roof, also constructed from CLT, features an aluminium drip edge and a fully bonded Icopal Polar felt roof covering for lasting weather protection.
• The Tikkurila black wax coating on the rear and sides of the exterior adds a touch of elegance and enhances weather resistance.
• The Tikkurila black wax coating on the front exterior offers protections and highlights the natural beauty of the wood.

Interiors of the Ilves Sauna Trailer

• Seats 4 people comfortably, 5 if you utilise the bottom bench.

• Dressing room area: 3.5 m². Sauna area: 5.6 m².

• Solid half-glazed wood doors on both the exterior and interior allowing natural light to filter through, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The full panoramic window offers excellent views wherever you park up. The specific door hinging will comply with UK road regulations and may differ from the product images displayed. 

• The dressing room bench/storage box and shelf, crafted from CLT, provides ample space for storing towels, robes, and other essentials.

• The dark grey Hi-Dry vinyl mat offers a slip-resistant and comfortable surface, while the stainless steel drain cover ensures easy cleaning.
• Thermo Alder sauna benches (28mm x 95mm) offer ample seating at two depths for ultimate relaxation and personalised comfort (upper bench depth ~500 mm, lower bench depth ~300 mm)
• Ventilation grilles promote proper air circulation within the sauna, maintaining a comfortable and healthy environment.
• The Tikkurila clear wax coating on the internal timber surfaces protects and brings out the natural beauty of the wood.

Heater Choice

• Indulge in the traditional warmth of a Narvi Kuru wood-burning stove with its heat shield, heater base, and Narvi olivine diabase sauna stones.
• The Jeremias Premium insulated flue with a rain terminal ensures safe and efficient smoke extraction.
  
• Opt for the convenience of an electric sauna heater with the commercial-grade Narvi Ultra 10.5 kW model.
• For a single-phase installation, choose the option with UKU Wi-Fi controller.
• For a three-phase option, choose the T2003 controller (No Wi-Fi controlling option). 

Lighting

• Wirelessly dimmable 12V light strips illuminate the external eaves, anteroom, and sauna, creating a calming ambiance for a truly immersive experience.
• The 12V leisure battery with a battery controller and recharge plug ensures a reliable power source, wherever you choose to park your Ilves.

Glazing

• Tempered glass with a hard-coat, low-e coating throughout offers panoramic views of your surroundings while maintaining superior energy efficiency.

Trailer Features

• Jockey wheel, 4 corner props, safety chain and a chassis-mounted spare wheel ensure smooth transportation and convenience.
• 13-pin LED trailer lights provide clear visibility on the road for safe travel.
